3/4 cup peanuts
2 cucumber finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
2 tomato finely chopped
2 onion finely chopped
1 green chilli chopped
1 spoon chopped coriander leaves
1/2 lemon juice
1//4 spoon salt or as per taste
1/4 spoon black pepper powder
Directions
Dry roast the peanuts and remove it skin.
Take a bowl put all chopped veggies in it.
Now add roasted peanuts, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
Mix well and serve immediately.
