Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3/4 cup peanuts


  • 2 cucumber finely chopped


  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage


  • 2 tomato finely chopped


  • 2 onion finely chopped


  • 1 green chilli chopped


  • 1 spoon chopped coriander leaves


  • 1/2 lemon juice


  • 1//4 spoon salt or as per taste


  • 1/4 spoon black pepper powder

Directions

  • Dry roast the peanuts and remove it skin.
  • Take a bowl put all chopped veggies in it.
  • Now add roasted peanuts, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  • Mix well and serve immediately.
